Capriole Group announced that it had finished 40% of “LINX Complex” project’s construction work in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).The real estate company plans to deliver the project’s units to its clients before the scheduled date by the end of 2023, in time with the President Abdel-Fattah Al Sisi announcement of inaugurating the (NAC) within the next six months.Mohamed Mofeed, Chairperson of Capriole Group said that the company noted that Capriole Group is working two shifts per day to achieve the implementation target rates.He elaborated that the real estate company started to advertise for the second phase of “LINX Complex”, saying that clients could pay 10% of the unit’s price and installments till 10 years, referring to offering discounts starting from 5%.Meanwhile, Mofeed said that the company will reset its units pricing by the beginning of the next year, as units’ prices rise is expecting as a result of the rise of construction materials prices and building workers fares.All the units will be delivered fully finished with ACs installed.
