Engineer Mohamed Mofeed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capriole Group, expected an increase in the prices of real estate projects under construction by 10-20% during the next year. He added that the challenges leading the increase in prices are expected to continue until the end of 2022 and may extend through 2023. He explained that companies should set price studies to apply increases to ensure that they achieve a profit margin and continuity in the implementation of projects and the fulfillment of obligations towards customers. Also, the increases should be within the reach of customers to avoid stagnation in the market.
